Screening
Every program that works with individuals in the perinatal period should have a comprehensive screening program. This includes a screening tool that is appropriate for the population and an easy for front-line staff to use. Importantly, programs need to have a clear follow-up protocol, so that individuals gain access to care. I can meet with your team and design a screening program that includes training and follow-up. I am happy to meet once and review your current protocols or provide a more comprehensive services.
Remember- screening is not enough, a clear follow-up plan is needed!

Training
Perinatal Mental Health is a specialized field. Mental health providers, as well as allied care providers (doulas, midwives, home visitors, and more), need specialized training when working with this population. I can help design content and training that meets a range of professionals’ needs and I can provide information and skills that are specific to the scope of the care provider. I specialize in training areas such as: Perinatal Mental Health Spectrum, Birth Trauma, Grief and Loss, Postpartum Crisis, and more. I love working with clinical and non-clinical professionals.

Supervision
Want to increase your skills in supporting perinatal individuals? Seeking perinatal mental health specialization? Starting out as a therapist? Working towards becoming an approved supervisor? I am a Washington State Approved Supervisor and I love working with new and experienced therapists. I have over 15 years experience providing clinical supervision for therapists, peers, doulas, and more.

Consultation
Consultation services can support a range of program/organizational needs. Ways I would love to support your programs: I can review your Perinatal Mental Health related protocols and practices, provide one time or ongoing support on any Perinatal Mental Health (PMH) focused goals or plans, meet with direct-services staff to provide PMH support, resources, and learning. I am happy to meet with at whatever cadence is needed. I can also provide consultation on starting, or running, a group practice, adding PMH services to your organization, billing Medicaid, offering peer support services, and more.
